Legal Agreement
This document constitutes the complete legal agreement between you and Genie-rator, including our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Genie-rator platform and its associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you ("User," "Partner," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case the terms "you" and "your" shall refer to such entity.
If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Description of Service
Genie-rator is an AI-powered operations and sales intelligence platform designed to assist businesses with:
- Lead collection, data enrichment, and contact information retrieval using artificial intelligence;
- Sales process management, time-zone routing, and lead distribution;
- Team management tools for sales, operations, and team leaders;
- Analytics, performance reporting, and data export capabilities.
The Service is made available on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable prior notice where practicable. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
3 User Accounts
Access to the Service requires an account created or provisioned by the Genie-rator team. By holding an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during the account setup process;
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials;
- Not share your account credentials with any third party;
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account;
- Notify Genie-rator immediately at support@genierator.ai upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
Genie-rator reserves the right to disable any account at any time if we have reason to believe that your account has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.
4 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose;
- Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm any other person or entity;
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks;
- Use the platform for spamming, phishing, or any form of unauthorized mass communication;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or collect data from the Service without our express written permission;
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service without our express written permission;
- Use outputs of the Service to build a competing product or service;
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Genie-rator reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, at its sole discretion, violates this Acceptable Use Policy.
5 Intellectual Property
The Service and all of its original content, features, functionality, source code, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, and associated intellectual property are and shall remain the exclusive property of Genie-rator and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service. However, by uploading data, you grant Genie-rator a limited license to process and use that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6 Payment and Subscription
Certain aspects of the Service are provided on a subscription basis for a recurring monthly fee. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly (or quarterly/annually based on the plan selected) in advance, commencing on the date of initial subscription.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
- Price Changes: Genie-rator reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the updated price.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is resolved.
7 Credits System
The Service operates on a credit-based model for AI enrichment features. By using the credit system, you agree to the following:
- Credit Allocation: Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of credits per billing cycle (Standard: 25,000 credits/month; Pro: 40,000 credits/month).
- Credit Consumption: Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered enrichment features. Each company record enriched consumes one (1) credit.
- No Rollover: Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next period.
- Credit Expiry: Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of allocation, corresponding to your subscription billing cycle.
- No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable, non-sellable, and non-refundable.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Genie-rator, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
- Damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service;
- Damages resulting from any third-party services or content accessed via the Service.
In any case, Genie-rator's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $500.
9 Data Quality, Enrichment Accuracy & Warranties
9.1 Our Commitment to Data Quality. Genie-rator is built on a rigorous, multi-layered data enrichment methodology designed to deliver the highest quality contact intelligence available.
As a result of this methodology, our clients consistently achieve high enrichment hit-rates and use Genie-rator as the primary source of truth for their outbound sales and operations workflows.
9.2 Inherent Limitations. While Genie-rator takes every technically feasible step to maximise accuracy and coverage, no data enrichment service — regardless of the underlying technology — can guarantee that 100% of results will be perfectly accurate, complete, or current at all times. Contact information changes frequently as businesses update their details, move locations, or change personnel. Accordingly:
- A portion of enriched records may contain outdated phone numbers or email addresses, particularly for businesses that have recently changed their contact details;
- International contact data may be subject to greater variability due to differing digital infrastructure and data availability across countries;
- AI-retrieved data reflects publicly available information at the time of enrichment and does not constitute a legal or compliance-grade dataset.
9.3 Reporting Inaccurate Results. We take data quality seriously and continuously work to improve our enrichment accuracy. If you encounter records that you believe are systematically inaccurate, please report them to support@genierator.ai. Your feedback directly contributes to improving the platform for all users.
9.4 General Disclaimer. Except as expressly stated in Section 9.1, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Genie-rator makes no further warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Genie-rator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
10 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Genie-rator, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Service;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right;
- Any claim that data or content you uploaded or used through the Service caused damage to a third party;
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
11 Termination
Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- By Genie-rator: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms or if we determine your use of the Service exposes us or others to harm or legal liability.
Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will immediately terminate. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13.
12 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
You agree that any legal action or proceedings related to the Service shall be brought exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13 Dispute Resolution
Both parties are committed to resolving disputes efficiently and in good faith before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
13.1 Negotiation. If any dispute arises between the parties in relation to any terms of or obligations under this Agreement, each party may give the other party a notice in writing (the "Dispute Notice / Notice of Default") specifying in reasonable detail the nature of the dispute. Where a Dispute Notice / Notice of Default has been given, both parties agree that they shall first attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through direct negotiation within ten (10) Business Days of the date of receipt of the Dispute Notice / Notice of Default (the "Negotiation Period"), unless such period is extended by mutual written agreement of the parties.
13.2 Escalation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within the Negotiation Period, the Partner shall send the Dispute Notice / Notice of Default via written communication to the email address of its designated account manager as indicated in the Partner's Personal Account on the platform. The parties agree to engage in good-faith escalation discussions with senior representatives within a further ten (10) Business Days of such escalation.
13.3 Mediation. If escalation fails to resolve the dispute within the timeframes set out above, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. The mediator shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
13.4 Litigation. Nothing in this Clause 13 shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, escalation, or mediation, either party may pursue all available legal remedies.
13.5 Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal claim or initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact us at support@genierator.ai and provide a written description of the dispute, including the relief you are seeking, and give us at least thirty (30) days to resolve the matter informally.
13.6 Class Action Waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to bring any claim as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. All claims must be brought on an individual basis only.
14 Changes to Terms
Genie-rator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document;
- Notify you by email at the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on the Service, at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect;
- Obtain your renewed consent where required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
15 General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Genie-rator with respect to the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, and representations.
15.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver. The failure of Genie-rator to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
15.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Genie-rator may assign these Terms without restriction.
15.5 Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside their reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, pandemics, government orders, or internet service provider failures.
15.6 No Agency. Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and Genie-rator.
This Privacy Policy describes how Genie-rator ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information about you when you access or use our Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
P1 Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information You Provide Directly:
- Account information: name, email address, username, and password;
- Professional information: company name, job title, and organizational role;
- Payment information: billing details processed and stored securely by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers);
- Communications: messages, support requests, and feedback you submit to us.
Information Collected Automatically:
- Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and referring URLs;
- Device information: device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers;
- Usage data: features accessed, enrichment tasks created, files uploaded, and actions taken within the platform;
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section P4).
Data You Upload:
- Company lists, lead data, contact information, and sales records uploaded to the platform for enrichment and processing.
P2 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Process transactions and manage subscriptions;
- Send administrative communications, including service updates, security alerts, and support messages;
- Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests;
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities;
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect the rights of Genie-rator and its users;
- Personalize and improve the Service based on your preferences and usage patterns.
We do not use your data to train AI models beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the Service to you.
P3 Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data in limited circumstances:

All third-party service providers are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data and to use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Genie-rator, our users, or the public.
P4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Maintain your authenticated session;
- Remember your preferences and settings;
- Analyze platform usage and performance;
- Protect against fraudulent or unauthorized activity (CSRF tokens).
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
P5 Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We will also retain your data as necessary to:
- Comply with our legal obligations;
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements;
- Fulfill legitimate business purposes, including fraud prevention and security.
Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within ninety (90) days, except where retention is required by law. Enrichment results and task data may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement purposes.
P6 Security
We implement and maintain reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL;
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest;
- Access controls and authentication mechanisms;
- Regular security assessments and monitoring.
P7 Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal obligations;
- Right to Restriction: Request that we restrict the processing of your data in certain circumstances;
- Right to Data Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your personal data;
- Right to Object: Object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing or other purposes based on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@genierator.ai. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days.
P8 Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately. If you believe we may have collected information from or about a child, please contact us immediately.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of the binding agreement between you and Genie-rator. Please read it carefully before subscribing.
R1 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@genierator.ai. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Upon cancellation:
- You will retain full access to the Service until the last day of the current paid billing cycle;
- Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made;
- Any unused credits in your account will expire at the end of the billing cycle;
- No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period.
To cancel, you may also use the Stripe Customer Portal accessible through your account settings, which allows you to manage or cancel your subscription at any time.
R2 No-Refund Policy
All subscription payments made to Genie-rator are final and non-refundable. This no-refund policy applies regardless of:
- Whether the Service was used during the billing period;
- The amount of credits consumed or remaining;
- Changes in pricing after your subscription date;
- Dissatisfaction with AI enrichment results (accuracy is not guaranteed);
- Early cancellation prior to the end of a billing period.
R3 Exceptions
Exceptions to the no-refund policy may be considered exclusively at the sole discretion of Genie-rator in the following limited circumstances:
- A verifiable technical error attributable solely to our platform that resulted in a duplicate charge for the same billing period;
- The Service was completely unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 48 hours due to server failures attributable to Genie-rator, documented by our internal monitoring systems;
- Where a refund is required under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
To request a refund exception, you must contact us in writing at support@genierator.ai within fourteen (14) days of the charge in question, providing: (a) your account details, (b) the transaction ID, (c) a clear description of the issue, and (d) any supporting evidence.
Genie-rator will review all refund requests and respond within ten (10) Business Days. Our decision on refund exceptions is final.
R4 Chargebacks
By subscribing to the Service, you agree to contact Genie-rator directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account;
- Referral to collections or legal proceedings to recover the disputed amount plus any associated fees;
- Permanent ban from accessing the Service.
If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or made in bad faith, Genie-rator reserves the right to recover all reasonable costs and legal fees associated with contesting the chargeback.
